S-Pool was founded in 1999 to realize the following social mission: Applying the power of outsourcing to support corporate innovation and solutions to society's challenges.

In our 26th fiscal year (ended November 30, 2025), consolidated revenue increased as the Business Solutions segment, supported by the steady performance of Special Needs Employment Services, offset the decline in revenue from the Human Solutions segment.On the profit side, however, earnings declined overall due to a decrease in profits in the Human Solutions segment, weaker performance in the Wide-area Administrative BPO Services, and the impact of temporary costs incurred in the Logistics Outsourcing Services. As a result, profitability in the Business Solutions segment also declined.

Consequently, revenue amounted to 26.02 billion yen (up 1.9% year on year), operating profit totaled 2.41 billion yen (down 13.1% year on year), and profit attributable to owners of the parent came to 1.44 billion yen (down 31.2% year on year).

In our 27th fiscal year (ending November 30, 2026), under a new management structure, we will focus on fundamental initiatives to rebuild our business foundations and return to a growth trajectory.
In Special Needs Employment Services, we will work to ensure sustainable growth by enhancing the added value of our farms, developing new job categories, and exploring expansion into the field of welfare services for persons with disabilities.
In our existing businesses, we will accelerate efforts to strengthen the earnings foundations of the Wide-area Administrative BPO Services and Environmental Management Support Services, while prioritizing the early turnaround of the Human Resource Outsourcing Services. Through these initiatives, we aim to maintain financial soundness while further enhancing the Group’s credibility and brand value.
